There isn't any option to automatically install software for a particular group of computers if DC agent notices that they are not installed however you can achieve this by different approach.
You can create a software deployment task for a group of applications and apply the task to a group of machines. If any new machine is added to the group, it will automatically apply the task. Not only software deployment instead any task that you applied to the particular target group.
In order to achieve this requirement, kindly navigate to Configurations -> Settings -> Configuration Settings and enable the check boxes for "When computer/user is added to the OU/Group, Apply configuration(s) during"
