Re : Self-Service Portal not offering package to machine in custom group

Greetings from ManageEngine Desktop Central.

Thanks for your post in our forums.

Please contact our Support team (desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com) with the below screenshots to work further on this case.

1. Navigate to Admin tab > Custom Groups > Click on the Group Name and capture the complete page screenshot
2. Software Packages associate to the Dynamic custom group
3. Screenshot from Agent machine's Self Service Portal.

This would help us to stimulate the issue in our testing environment and will be able to assist you accordingly.
