Appreciate your forum post.

Agent upgrade is an automated process and it will be upgraded automatically at next agent contact. So please wait for some time and check the agent communication. 

You can verify the agent version from Admin > Scope of mgmt > Computers Tab. Here you can see the agent versions for all the computers. 

Please get back if you still find issues with the agent upgrade.
