Yes, by default .MSI applications are silent free deploment without needing to provide any additional parameters. You need to create the package manually from Software Deployment>>>Packages>>>Add Package
When adding the package, please keep MSI Properties for installation as blank. Type only the MSI File Name if you are using HTTP upload. If Network share, you can browse to the MSI file name.
Please try the above and check if the deployment works successfully.
