Please raise this as a ticket and address to Desktop Central Support with relevant screenshot of BockEXE rule, server logs and agent logs from any one of the machine where the application was installed, for further assistance.

Kindly refer the agent log path and upload link for further assistance.

DC Server logs: <Install_Dir>\DesktopCentral_Server\logs [Compress the entire logs folder]

DC Agent logs: <Install_Dir>\DesktopCentral_Agent\logs [Compress the entire logs folder]
