The reported issue might occur due to invalid script parameters or not with enough privilege to run the script. I would suggest you to contact Desktop Central support team with the below details to get personalized assistance. 
  • Screenshot of the package. 
  • Logs from the client machine. 
  • What happens when you run the script manually on the client machine.
