Re : Current DesktopCentral package for Spotify does not work via Self Serve Portal

Hi Bruce,

Thank you for raising your concern. It seems my colleague overlooked your post.

As per the information shared by you, it seems Spotify application gets installed on User profile (User account) rather on System profile (Computer account).

My suggestion is to ensure that you have published the Spotify the app to Users Group instead of Computer Group under Self Service Portal. Once published to SSP, login as User account and install the Spotify app and see the results. 

If it still not working then please contact our Support team with 'Agent side' logs for investigation with reference to this post. Refer http://logs.desktopcentral.com for steps.
