Windows XP SP3 Deployment

I'm trying to deploy SP3 to a XP workstation ( attached to a piece of machinary with custom software so can't upgrade ) but struggling to find how to push SP3 to it.

There are manageengine guides about it but I can't find any option on DTC - running build 92113
