Thank you for raising the post. Are you referring to Desktop Central Agent scenario where Uninstall option is disabled from Control Panel? Or, it generic to any software deployed via Desktop Central Software Deployment module?
In generic, you can still uninstall the software if you are aware of Uninstall string from Registry hive level. Further, check for proper Uninstall switch/command line parameters to remotely uninstall the package via Desktop Central.
