from my experience with anything that Desktop Central schedules... is..
If download started during deployment hours it will finish downloading until file is transferred fully. (which might bleed over to Non-Deployment hours)
If deployment execution (running setup or .msi) started during deployment hours then it will finish installing even after deployment hours end.
if download completed during deployment hours but hasn't started execution of the patch/setup/msi it will wait until next deployment/execution hours range (if deployment hours window ended) to run the file
