To my knowledge, i've not heard of this issue. My assumption is it could have apparently seems like a delay but it is working in the background to start downloading. May be the Desktop Central Agent side logs can help us to understand the scenario better.
I'm also forwarding this to my testing team to go through this and update me the status.
