Please use it under the Software Deployment -> Templates which supports Internet Explorer 10 install. Please understand that the silent install switch for software are not common. It differs per vendor basis.
If you are using it through templates and still the issue persists, then send me the Desktop Central Agent side logs to analyze and assist you further.
