Thanks for the update.

Can i please get the Desktop Central Agent side logs for analysis?  you can zip the Agent logs folder and send it to desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com with a subject referring this post.

I can quickly go through this and quickly consult with development team if required and respond to you.
