I've noticed (and you may have already discovered for yourself) that the status doesn't update sometimes, but if you go back to the Software Deployment > Packages page you'll see your new "Adobe Flash Player ActiveX" package -- you can hit the "modify" button to verify that it's all set up and ready to deploy.
If it isn't in the Packages list then most likely the download of the .msi file failed for whatever reason. Maybe Adobe was busy updating their installer versions....
