Hi Tomislav,

Thank you for your post in our forums.

We tried to reproduce the behavior in our local lab and we couldn't experience the issue.

However I have gone through couple of forums on Foxit site and found the below document in thier FAQ's. It seems to be a known issue and they even suggested a solution for the same.

Prompt Message: Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?

Possible Cause:

This would happen in Vista or Windows 7 with User Access Control on.
Solution
  • Please navigate to Foxit Reader installation folder, somewhere like "C:\Program Files\Foxit Software\Foxit Reader", selectProperties by right clicking on the FoxitReader.exe file;
  • In the popup window, select Compatibility tab, uncheck Run this program as an administrator under the Privilege Level; if it's greyed, click the button Change settings for all users, uncheck Run this program as an administrator under Privilege Level, and then click Ok, Ok to exit the window.
  • Finally try again. The prompt shall not launch when Foxit Reader starts.

Regards,
----
