Could you please check whether you've installed the Pre-Requisite package for IE 11? prior to installing Internet Explorer 11.
If so then please send me the error message screenshot and Desktop Central Server logs for further analysis, refer the url http://logs.desktopcentral.com for steps to upload the logs.
