Thank you for raising the Forum post. Reported error may occur when Network share is not accessible or MSI package file is not accessible from deployed client machine.
I trust you are using MSI type deployment method.
To investigate the reason for reported behaviour, I need complete "Agent side" logs from target client machine :

Instructions to send Desktop Central Agent Logs:On the Desktop Central Client installed machine navigate to :
<Program Files>\DesktopCentral_Agent\ Logs
Zip both the "logs" folders and upload it to the link below:
