The below is the Uninstall Command which you need to use through the Software Deployment Module.

The registry settings which are shown below are for the client computers to get the IE10 updated automatically. Meaning this registry settings would prevent IE10 Auto install.

Sub key : SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Setup\10.0
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value Name: DoNotAllowIE10
Value Data / Expression: 1
