Re : installed citrix software misidentified?

Hi perler,

Thank you for contacting DesktopCentral Support team. 

Regarding Citrix receiver identified multiple times,as per the screenshots I do not see any duplicate entries. 

It looks like they are different from each other and may be related components. 

Regarding uninstalling multiple software though single configuration, yes it is possible by adding the packages with appropriate silent uninstall switches and then choosing all the required packages and create a configuration to remove them. 

This is covered under Software Deployment module. 

Please download the software deployment guide from the link below which comprehensively covers this section explaining install and uninstall procedures.
