As per the Adobe documentation, "-uninstall" without quotes should remove the Flash Player. However, you will need to package to use this command or provide the path for FlashUtil.exe along with "-uninstall".

You can find the uninstall string for any application under the below registry.HKLM\Software\Wow6432node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall (64bit OS)
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall (32bit OS)
