Below are the ways to force the configuration from the client machine.
- Right click the Agent try icon and choose Apply Configuration
- If Agent tray icon is disabled then launch command prompt, change the directory to <ProgramFiles>\DesktopCentral_Agent\bin and Execute the cfgupdate.bat
Further, if configuration status is Yet-to-Apply then it's
waiting for the Desktop Central Agent to contact the server.
Here's the reason for this status:
- Client machine is down
- Distribution server is not in Sync
- Configuration targeted to Local Office, but client machine moved to different Remote Office.
Could you check the mentioned reasons and update me the status?.
BTW: There is no need to re-deploy the same configuration,
technically it's same as the one you already created.
