Hope we have already responded to this case via support
request. You confirmed that the script works on few machines and
doesn't work with few systems which in turn shows that it is an
issue with the script with regards to certain operating system architecture.
The script wasn't written by us hence we don't
have any information how it will behave to different OS architecture.
If we find any solution for the same from our end, we
will definitely share here.
