From analyzing the information, you are trying to install MSI package via Desktop Central by providing the switch arguments.
By default, for MSI application you don't require to provide any MSI Properties for installation commands. It will be taken care by the application itself. You can try to add the package without giving any parameter under "MSI Properties for installation" and check the configuration.
In case if you want to provide the parameters, you can choose MSIEXECin the package type and then provide the details.
