Thanks for the details.


Our latest build is 91100. This build addresses the above reported issue, where shortcuts were created automatically.

Upgrade to this build and wait for 90 minutes ( agent refresh interval ) and the shortcuts will be deleted automatically from computers.

Self Service portal option is only made available in the agent tray icon this build and can be configured in the following navigation.


Admin >> Agent Settings .


Upgrade process to 91100 is explained in the link below,
