In regard to Self Service Portal in Software Deployment, it is limited on software installation through standard system user. The elevated privilege using "Run As" option is unavailable in current model of Desktop Central.
However we have this "Run As" option in our future road map [expected in this year] and its realization shall be notified through Newsletter and Forums.
