Please follow the below steps to upload the agent logs.

Instructions : Desktop Central Agent Logs
 
From the client machine navigate to ,
 
<Installed_Directory>\DesktopCentral_Agent\Logs
 
Example : C:\Program Files\DesktopCentral_Agent\Logs
 
Compress the Logs folder and upload it to the link below,
 
 
We will update you on email upon receiving the logs.
