Appreciate your post.

The self service portal feature is available from build 91096 with Enterprise edition of desktop central. If you are in old build than the mentioned build with Enterprise edition, please upgrade your server to the latest build 92004 available on website to get this feature.

If you are in Professional edition, you need to upgrade your license to Enterprise Edition to use this feature.
