Re : content caching on distribution servers

Hi Kingsley,

Thanks for your post,

Yes! Every Distribution Server have their own Replication folder in which all the Patches and Packages are replicated and stored for future usage.

For  Example: If you have defined a remote office client under that DS to be installed with a Software application/patch it will get installed successfully.

Now If you want the same Patch/Software to be installed on another Remote office client machine under same DS then it will deploy it without replicating it from main Desktop Central Server. So this would  help you save your bandwidth.
