Could you please try the configuration using "Run As User" instead "System User and update me the status.
If still issue persists, then send me the agent logs from the reported client machine where it failed, along with the script file you are trying to run.
Agent log path: <Install_Dir>\DesktopCentral_Agent\logs[compress the entire logs folder]
