Greetings.
The reason for Uninstall Initiated should be due incorrect uninstall command. Usually, pre-filled one do not work for software installed from the .exe package. Hence you will need to use the "I'll specify myself" option to update the uninstall command.
Further, from screen shot I can see, you are trying to uninstall the "Adobe Flash Player 23 ActiveX 23.0.0.205". This package is available in Software Deployment-->Templates, please create a package from Templates and uninstall it from the Remote Machine.
