RebootPolicy in Build 10.0.3 looks like this now:

I had opposite Problem in the past. Did not want to reboot and checked "Do not Reboot/Shutdown" but to my surprise many machines rebooted anyway and the users certainly complained about that.
Why is the post marked as answered?
