Appreciate the details provided.

What I was thinking is to use the network installation without copy any file in the computer, but I was asking if it was possible for Desktop Central to automatically start the installation from the sites that correspond to the client computer.

For the above you can try Drive Mapping the share which you have the application and use a script to trigger the instal from the share using the customer script or software deployment module.
