Thank you for raising the post. As per error, it seems package extraction failure case. Reported error can be investigated by going through relevant logs.

I would suggest to contact our Support team with complete "Agent side" logs from failed MAC for better assistance. Refer http://logs.desktopcentral.com/ for steps to send MAC logs.
