Thank you for raising the post. As mentioned others member it is due to return code value from Windows native for this package is different from usual 0. By default, Desktop Central takes 0 as success value.
Now I see in the log file its throwing return error code as 258.
To fix the reported issue, modify the Software package > scroll down > Under Advanced options > Set Exit code as 258 > Save the package. Now redeploy the package to required set of machines. It should show the status as Succeeded on Server console.
Try the above suggestion and let me know the status.
