The reported error sounds to be Share Permission issue, however please go to that specific client machine[where it failed to access the share].
Then to narrow down this scenario, please open "Command Prompt" and paste your SW repository share path to ensure it is accessible or prompting an error to access the share from that client machine.
If it is accessible then please send me the complete Desktop Central Server logs and agent logs from specific client machine for further analysis, refer the url http://logs.desktopcentral.com for steps to upload the requested logs.
