Regarding the issue you are facing with the Desktop Central, we can not comment exactly whether the problem is caused by Desktop Central or the actual application behavior.
We need to find the root cause of the issue with the complete agent logs for the machine which you are trying the deployment.
So, please contact our support via Email by uploading the agent logs to proceed further.
