I think I might have experienced the same issue with Desktop Central build 92002. I created a configuration to deploy several software packages. After the first package was downloaded and successfully installed, the agent moved onto the next package but downloaded the first package again. After the configuration finished, every single software package was successfully installed but I can confirm that the agent downloaded software packages multiple times.
