Please share me the below files to analyze the root cause of issue and shall assist you accordingly,
1. Package and Configuration export.
For Configuration export, Go to Software Deployment tab > View Configurations (Left Pane) > Click on the configuration name > EXPORT PDF (RightHandSide)
For Package export, Go to Software Deployment tab > Packages (Left Pane) > Click on the Package name > EXPORT PDF (RightHandSide)
2. Installable files to test in our local setup, Upload the complete software package
3. Agent machine logs
For uploading the logs and package refer, https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/logs-how-to.html
