1. Self Service portal:
It may take sometime to get the information from the Desktop Central server after installing the agent.
2. Custom Group:
Please send an email to support "desktopcentral-support@manageengine.com" with the agent logs to check the root cause.
Agent log: <Install_Dir>\DesktopCentral_Agent\logs [compress the entire logs folder]
