Hello Stefan,

Greetings.

By default, Desktop Central do not allow the user prompts with the Software Deployment module and this is the reason why you are getting the failure message in the deployment status. Could you try enabling the "Allow users to interact with installation window" option in Software Deployment configuration and update me the status of this case?.
