I understand that the software deployment takes more time to copy the files to the client machine though it has fast internet connection. Hence, Please upload the Desktop Central server, agent and configuration screenshots to analyze the case further. I will assist you further in the ticket created with Desktop central support.
Find the logs location and the log upload link.
