Ticket was created 24 hours ago, logs were uploaded more than 15 hours ago, and the ball is in your court. This is an urgent issue, and I suspect it's the same as the various new complaints from other users about configurations staying in Yet to Apply status.
ME DC used to push data very fast (again 800MB in 20 minutes), and now 1.2MB (7Zip for instance) takes 5-10 minutes. I don't believe anything has changed in the environment other than upgrading the Builds of Desktop Central over time. The internet at our HQ is ~ 175Mb/75Mb, and the Server's internet connection is over 400Mb up and down. Perfmon shows zero resource pressure on the server, less than .1% utilization of the 10Gb network card, low CPU and low Memory utilization.
