Re : Template fails to download: IE11 Prerequesites

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for your post.

What error you are getting when you try to download the file?

Please perform the below actions and check the results,

1.Go to Software Deployment tab > Proxy Settings (Left pane) > DesktopCentral Server > Test Connectivity. 
Ensure all the domains are validated successfully.

2.Then try to recreate the IE template.
Software Deployment > Templates > Search for 'Prerequisite Updates for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 64 Bit' > Create Package.

If it fails, share me the error screenshot along with server logs, to analyze the case further.

Instructions to send Desktop Central Server Logs:
<Installed_Directory>\DesktopCentral_Server\Logs
Compress the Logs folder and upload it to the link below,
http://bonitas2.zohocorp.com
