The Connection checks were successful, I also have no problems downloading patches or software packages.
This package is the only one, so I believe the problem is on "your" side:
packageID=1492
When I try to "create the package" it "fails" after some time. There is no other error/message. The status of this package stays "Failed Read KB"

All these patches are downloaded from microsoft.com. These downloads work.
Only the first part, which is provided by manageengine.com, fails to download (I open the link in my browser and it loads "forever" - no progress & no error.
Could you please check whether this file is really available for download?

PS:
I just typed in the URL in my smartphone and there is is!
I believe it must be some kind of file-extension security-rule in our firewall. Please excuse the false reporting - everything's fine on your site :)
